If you would like to submit a proposal for a paper or workshop, please fill the application form that can be downloaded from our websites:

www.pce-world.org
Presenters are encouraged to offer their papers for publication in PCEP, the journal of the World
Association.
Proposals can be sent at any time from 1st July 2009, but not later than28th February 2010. We will
attempt to notify you promptly whether or not we will be able to include your presentation
