| Registration fee includes: admission to the scientific sessions, conference’s kit,
welcome cocktail on 30th June, coffee-breaks, TAX.
• Confirmation: Registration will be confirmed by either email or fax ONLY after receipt of the full registration fee (including the bank fees). An invoice for the payment will be sent by e-mail. The invoice will be issued and sent to the name and address indicated in the form.
• Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, a written notification must be sent to the Conference Secretariat.
If received before 31st January
28th february 2010, the participant fee, except for a
cancellation fee of EUR 100, will be refunded.
On or after 1st March 2010, a cancellation fee corresponding
to the entire participant fee will be charged.
All refunds will be made after the conference. If you are unable to attend, the name and address of a substitute must be notified in writing.
Accommodation
The accommodation at Aurelia Congress Centre is served by 3 hotels peacefully immersed in greenery, 10 minute-walk away each other.
The accommodation rates are intended per day per room and include TAX, service and American Buffet Breakfast.

Bursary Fund
WAPCEPC and the conference organizers are able to offer bursaries to a limited number of colleagues from countries in World Bank Categories B, C and D who need financial support in order to attend the conference.
Applications to the bursary fund must be made before January 15th, 2010.

Visa and Travel
